セガサミーグループ軽井沢保養所の全面リノベーションプロジェクトです。

コロナ禍を経て働き方や生き方がますます多様化し、個人に重点が置かれている現代で
企業の提供する福利厚生の中でも意義が薄れつつある「保養所」。
その意味を再度見直し、企業にとっても利用者にとっても価値のある空間とすることを目指したプロジェクトです。

働いているからこそ利用することができる「保養所」。

「保養所」という言葉から受けるイメージを覆す様な空間。
家族や身近な人達への感謝を伝えることが出来る、特別な場所を目指しました。

This is a renovation project of the SEGA SAMMY Group's Karuizawa recreational facility. In today's world, where working and living styles are becoming more diversified in the aftermath of the Corona disaster and the emphasis is on the individual, "recreational facility" are becoming less important among the benefits offered by companies. The importance of "recreational facility” is fading from the list of corporate welfare programs. This project aims to re-evaluate the importance of these facilities and make them valuable to both companies and guests. “Recreational facilitiy” are only available to employees who are working. A space that overturns the image one gets from the word "recreational facility". We wanted to create a special place where people could express their gratitude to their families.
